Everything a mobile product needs, under one roof

We focus on practical products that solve a clear business problem: customer booking apps, internal business tools, service management platforms, e-commerce applications, subscription products, client portals, casual and mid-core games, and minimum viable products for new startup concepts.

Mobile Game Development

Full-cycle production of casual, hyper-casual and mid-core titles for iOS and Android, from the core loop to the store release.

Mobile Application Development

Practical applications that solve a clear business problem: booking, client portals, internal tools, e-commerce and subscriptions.

MVP Development for Startups

A focused first version that proves the concept with real users, built in weeks rather than quarters and ready to iterate.

iOS, Android & Cross-Platform

Native builds where performance matters, cross-platform where speed and budget matter, decided during scoping.

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

Interface design, interaction flow and clickable prototypes that are tested before a single production screen is coded.

API & Third-Party Integrations

Payments, ad networks, analytics, CRM and internal systems connected properly, with error states nobody usually plans for.

Business Process Automation

Mobile-first automation of the manual work that currently lives in spreadsheets, group chats and paper forms.

Maintenance, Support & LiveOps

Store policy changes, OS updates, crash response and content updates handled under an agreed reaction time.

Mobile Game Development

We build mobile games the way a studio builds a product, not a demo. Work begins with a design document that defines the core loop, progression and economy, followed by a playable prototype that proves the game is fun before the production budget is committed. Art, animation, sound, monetisation and analytics are then produced against a fixed scope and delivered as an installable build every sprint.

  • Game design document, core loop and in-game economy modelling
  • Playable prototype and soft-launch build before full production
  • Unity, Godot and native engines for iOS and Android
  • In-app purchases, rewarded ads and analytics wired in from day one

Mobile Application Development

Our application work focuses on products with a measurable job to do. Customer booking apps, internal business tools, service management platforms, e-commerce applications, subscription products and client portals are all built on the same foundation: a defined user journey, a clean architecture and a back end that can be handed to another team without an archaeology expedition.

  • Customer booking, ordering and service management applications
  • Internal tools, staff apps and operational dashboards
  • Subscription products, client portals and e-commerce apps
  • Offline modes, push notifications and secure authentication

MVP Development for Startups

An MVP is not a smaller version of everything you eventually want. It is the shortest path to evidence. We help founders separate the one feature that proves the idea from the twenty that can wait, then build, ship and instrument it so the next decision is made with data instead of opinion.

  • Feature prioritisation workshop and written product scope
  • Clickable prototype for investor and user conversations
  • Store-ready build with analytics and event tracking
  • A clear technical path from MVP to the full product

iOS, Android & Cross-Platform

Swift and Kotlin when the product depends on native performance, hardware access or platform-specific behaviour. Flutter and React Native when a single codebase gets you to both stores faster without a meaningful compromise. The choice is made during scoping, based on your product and roadmap, and the reasoning is written down so it can be reviewed later.

  • Native iOS development in Swift and SwiftUI
  • Native Android development in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Cross-platform delivery with Flutter and React Native
  • Tablet, foldable and low-end device optimisation

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

Design starts with the journey, not the screen. We map what the user is trying to accomplish, build a clickable prototype of that path, and put it in front of real people. Only then do we produce the full interface kit, motion specification and asset library that development works from.

  • User flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes
  • Full interface kit, component library and design tokens
  • Game UI, HUD, onboarding and store screen design
  • Accessibility, contrast and one-handed usability review

API & Third-Party Integrations

Most mobile products live inside an ecosystem of other services. We connect payment providers, ad mediation, analytics platforms, CRM and ERP systems, delivery and booking back ends, and your own internal APIs. Every integration ships with retry logic, failure handling and monitoring, because integrations break quietly and at the worst possible moment.

  • Payment gateways, subscriptions and in-app purchase validation
  • Ad mediation, attribution and marketing analytics
  • CRM, ERP, booking and inventory system connections
  • Custom REST and GraphQL back ends with documented endpoints

Business Process Automation

A large share of our application work replaces a process rather than a competitor. Field reporting, order intake, scheduling, approvals, inventory checks and internal communication move from spreadsheets and messenger groups into a single application with roles, permissions and an audit trail.

  • Digitised field reporting, checklists and approvals
  • Role-based access, permissions and full audit history
  • Automated notifications, reminders and escalation rules
  • Exportable reporting for management and accounting

Maintenance, Support & LiveOps

Release day is the beginning of the product, not the end of the work. Support agreements cover operating system updates, store policy changes, crash response with an agreed reaction time and a rolling schedule of improvements. For games we also run live operations: events, balancing passes, seasonal content and monetisation tuning based on real cohort data.

  • iOS and Android version compatibility updates
  • Crash monitoring with an agreed response window
  • LiveOps events, balancing and seasonal content
  • Performance, retention and monetisation reporting

Service Questions

What clients ask before signing

Scope, cost, ownership and what happens after release, answered directly. Anything not covered here is answered in the first call.

It depends entirely on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. A focused MVP sits in a different bracket than a mid-core game with a live back end. That is why we do not publish price lists: after the discovery call and the scoping session you receive a written estimate with fixed stages and deliverables, prepared for your specific requirements.

A focused MVP is usually eight to twelve weeks. A business application with integrations typically runs three to six months. Casual games with a meta layer are four to nine months, and mid-core titles with servers and live operations run longer. Scoping gives you a realistic schedule before you commit to anything.

Both. A significant share of our work is improving, rebuilding or taking over an existing mobile product. We start with a technical audit and an honest assessment of what is worth keeping, then propose either continuation or a targeted rebuild of the parts that need it.

You do. Source code, project files, design sources and documentation belong to you from the first commit, and store accounts stay in your name. Handover documentation is part of every delivery.

Unity and Godot for games, Flutter and React Native for cross-platform applications, Swift and Kotlin when native is the right call, with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Firebase and AWS behind them. The choice is made during scoping based on your product and roadmap, not on our preferences.

Support agreements cover operating system updates, store policy changes, crash response with an agreed reaction time and a schedule of improvements. For games we also run live operations: events, balancing passes and seasonal content based on real cohort data.

One point of contact, a shared board you can open at any time, an installable build at the end of every sprint and a short written summary with it. All communication is in writing so decisions can be reviewed later.

Yes. We can work under your NDA or provide ours before the first detailed conversation about your idea.

We do. Advertising placements, joint projects and business partnerships are handled case by case. Send us your goals through the contact form and you will receive a tailored proposal built around your budget and objectives.

Engagement Models

Three ways to work with the studio

The model is chosen during scoping, based on how defined your product is today and how much it is expected to change over the next year.

Pricing Built Around Your Scope

We do not publish fixed price lists. Every game, application and MVP has a different scope, platform mix and support model, so every quote is prepared individually after a short scoping conversation. Send us your requirements and you will receive a written estimate with a clear breakdown of stages, deliverables and timelines.
