Years Building Mobile Products
We help startups, entrepreneurs and growing businesses turn validated ideas into focused, reliable mobile applications and games. Our work covers the complete development process: idea validation, project planning, user experience design, development, third-party integrations, testing, launch and ongoing technical support.
Functionality, user journey and technical requirements are agreed in writing before development starts, which keeps budgets predictable and prevents projects from quietly expanding.
Analytics, crash reporting, store compliance and update pipelines are part of the build, not an afterthought added when the first bad review arrives.
Games, business applications and startup MVPs, delivered against a written scope and a schedule you can plan around. Every engagement includes design, development, testing, store release and the support that comes after it.
Full-cycle production of casual, hyper-casual and mid-core titles for iOS and Android, from the core loop to the store release.
Practical applications that solve a clear business problem: booking, client portals, internal tools, e-commerce and subscriptions.
A focused first version that proves the concept with real users, built in weeks rather than quarters and ready to iterate.
Native builds where performance matters, cross-platform where speed and budget matter, decided during scoping.
Interface design, interaction flow and clickable prototypes that are tested before a single production screen is coded.
Payments, ad networks, analytics, CRM and internal systems connected properly, with error states nobody usually plans for.
Mobile-first automation of the manual work that currently lives in spreadsheets, group chats and paper forms.
Store policy changes, OS updates, crash response and content updates handled under an agreed reaction time.
Three principles that decide how every project runs, from the first estimate to the last support ticket after release.
Every project starts with a written scope covering functionality, user journey and technical requirements. It reduces unnecessary development, controls cost and keeps the product from expanding past its original objective.
A single project lead, a shared board you can open at any time and a written summary at the end of every sprint. You never have to ask what is happening with your product.
Source code, art sources, project files and store accounts belong to you from the first commit. Handover documentation is part of every delivery, not an upsell.
Analytics and event tracking go live with the first build, which means the numbers below come from released products rather than from estimates written before development started.
First versions built for founders who needed evidence, not a feature list, and a technical path to the full product.
Payment providers, ad networks, analytics platforms, CRM systems and custom internal APIs connected and monitored.
Share of clients who come back for the next release, a second product or a long-term support agreement.
A selection of games, applications and first releases from recent years. Client names and full case studies are available under NDA on request.
A match-based puzzle game with a meta layer, seasonal events and a rewarded ad economy.
Appointment booking, staff scheduling and payments for a multi-location service business.
A first release built in eight weeks to validate demand before the seed round conversation.
Three playable prototypes tested against install cost before one moved into full production.
An internal application replacing paper checklists with offline-capable mobile reporting.
A content application with tiered subscriptions, trials and cross-platform entitlement sync.
Every project moves through the same structured path. Scope is agreed in writing before development begins, and each sprint ends with an installable build you can hold in your hand.
A short conversation about the product, the audience and the business problem behind it. No prepared documents required, and no charge for the call.
We define the required functionality, user journey and technical requirements, then return a written estimate with fixed stages, deliverables and timelines.
User flows and a clickable prototype come before production art. The path through the product is tested and approved while changes are still cheap.
Two-week sprints, each ending with an installable build and a short written summary of what changed, what is next and what needs your decision.
The engine, framework and infrastructure are selected during scoping, and the reasoning is written down so the decision can still be reviewed two years later.

The questions we are asked in almost every first conversation, answered without marketing language. If yours is not here, the contact form reaches the same people who would answer it.
It depends entirely on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. A focused MVP sits in a different bracket than a mid-core game with a live back end. That is why we do not publish price lists: after the discovery call and the scoping session you receive a written estimate with fixed stages and deliverables, prepared for your specific requirements.
A focused MVP is usually eight to twelve weeks. A business application with integrations typically runs three to six months. Casual games with a meta layer are four to nine months, and mid-core titles with servers and live operations run longer. Scoping gives you a realistic schedule before you commit to anything.
Both. A significant share of our work is improving, rebuilding or taking over an existing mobile product. We start with a technical audit and an honest assessment of what is worth keeping, then propose either continuation or a targeted rebuild of the parts that need it.
You do. Source code, project files, design sources and documentation belong to you from the first commit, and store accounts stay in your name. Handover documentation is part of every delivery.
Unity and Godot for games, Flutter and React Native for cross-platform applications, Swift and Kotlin when native is the right call, with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Firebase and AWS behind them. The choice is made during scoping based on your product and roadmap, not on our preferences.
Support agreements cover operating system updates, store policy changes, crash response with an agreed reaction time and a schedule of improvements. For games we also run live operations: events, balancing passes and seasonal content based on real cohort data.
Our solutions suit businesses launching their first application as well as companies improving or replacing an existing mobile product that has become expensive to maintain.
Casual, hyper-casual and mid-core studios, publishers and independent developers.
Mobile storefronts, loyalty programmes and order management applications.
Appointment, delivery and field service businesses that live on scheduling.
Pre-seed and seed teams that need a first version and evidence it works.
Internal tools, warehouse checks and mobile reporting for field teams.
Content products with trials, tiers and cross-platform entitlements.
We do not publish fixed price lists. Every game, application and MVP has a different scope, platform mix and support model, so every quote is prepared individually after a short scoping conversation. Send us your requirements and you will receive a written estimate with a clear breakdown of stages, deliverables and timelines.
Feedback from founders, publishers and operations teams we have worked with. Names are withheld where projects are covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
